Standard lead time is 15-25 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders may be available — please inquire with your sales representative.

Yes, we provide free stock samples. For custom printed samples, there is a small fee that will be credited toward your first order.
印刷设计稿支持哪些文件格式？
We accept AI, PDF, PSD, and CDR files. All artwork should be in CMYK color mode at 300 DPI or higher. Our design team can also help create artwork from your brand guidelines.
你们支持哪些付款方式？
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and Western Union. Standard terms are 30% deposit with balance before shipment. For established clients, we offer flexible payment terms.
