Design Direction
Mono-PE and mono-PP structures keep the main components within one compatible polymer family. This can support recycle-ready packaging programmes where suitable collection, sorting and reprocessing systems exist.
Available Formats
Solutions can be developed as stand-up pouches, flat bags, back-seal packs and roll stock, with clear, white, matte or printed appearances. Zippers and other features are selected with material compatibility in mind.
Validate Before Launch
Moving from a conventional laminate requires testing for barrier, stiffness, seal range, drop performance and machine speed. We develop and trial the structure around the customer’s product and equipment before scale-up.
