Printed roll stock for VFFS, HFFS and FFS lines, specified around your machine rather than a catalogue default.
Roll Specifications
Standard film width runs from 80 to 200 mm with custom widths and thicknesses on request, supplied on 3-inch or 6-inch cores with roll diameter and splice policy agreed per line. Printing goes up to 10-colour rotogravure with eye-mark registration for automatic cut-off control.
Barrier Structures
BOPP covers economical snack and dry goods applications; PET / PE is the general-purpose choice for strength and sealing reliability; VMPET / PE steps in where a higher oxygen and light barrier is needed; mono-PE supports recycle-ready lines aligned with EU packaging targets.
Line Trials and Support
Film path and forming shoulder are confirmed before tooling, and sample rolls are supplied for machine trials before you commit to a production quantity. Each structure ships with sealing temperature, dwell time and pressure recommendations, and lot-to-lot consistency checks keep repeat orders running the same on your line.
